      Atmosphere : You will feel like second home (Personal Opinion) Celebration : Inexters work hard & Party even harder Transport : You will get pick up & drop by bus till station for Free of cost. Colleagues : Very helpfull & friendly. Learn : You can learn A to Z of Revenue Cycle Management. Overall its healthy environment for work.

      Cons

      Only one con : Low salary as compare to market rates (I guess everyone will agree with this point)

      Pros

      As a small company it provides high growth opportunities. There is a lot of flexibility in moving to different functions based on employee interest. Great management, with a lot of visibility

      Cons

      Salary could be better. also as a smaller company, mentoring/feedback is less. Its not for someone looking for a structured role, there is a lot of fluidity in responsibility
