      * Founder is not open to listening - thinks he knows everything * Unrealistic KPI's * Pits team members against each other * Anything is fair as long as you get the sale * Compensation is not competitive - commission rate is terrible * * Don't hold your breath to get a "good job" when you do get a sale. * Abusive to team members as well as customers - lies constantly.
