Oh, where to begin. Let's start with pay. I was told in every single yearly evaluation (which you have to fill out yourself) that I shouldn't expect to make what other companies offer because "Nextant doesn't have those kind of pockets". What they mean is that they don't want to pay for talent. If, for some reason, you still want to go there, make sure you get the salary you want up front. Quality of Career: If you are a good technician or engineer, go somewhere where you will be appreciated and have a decent work-life balance. All the lip service they pay to that is pure crap. Do NOT trust upper management. Middle management is a complete joke - in every department. You will be set up for failure at every turn, and with every project. There will never be enough time to complete a project without overtime - that is part of their real business plan.
