People Hybrid working No performance measures or productivity metrics to adhere too !!

Male dominant - all the women are leaving and it’s understandable as they are treated inferior. I found the culture quite toxic in terms of blame and finger pointing from CEO down . Lots of shouting at people to “ just get the job done “ without any thought for anything else . I’ve witnessed bullying and staff being made to feel inadequate and very uncomfortable. A very small company mentally where talented and experienced people are not welcome . Some directors demonstrates some strengths in leadership and vision, but one in particular was constantly consistent in misrepresentation of his team performance. Instead of providing accurate and constructive updates, he tended to exaggerate successes and so minimise challenges. This behaviour undermines trust, both within the team and with other teams . I witnessed conversations where his team were told to inflate results “ so I don’t get shouted at” What a terrible position to be in and actually why is he allowed to get away with it ! Maybe it’s because he is a man and it’s condoned because if it was a woman behaving and conducting herself like that she would be sacked !! Goal posts are constantly moved and deliverables were just constantly changing. Very difficult environment to work in that’s why so many people are leaving or have already left . A company full of lies
