-pays never on time -customers know about new products before customer service -expectations are way to high for what your paid. -wellbeing/mental health is not a thing -no communication -your not trained on some products before you take calls

Company is based out of the UK, probably the best team in the U.S. to work for!

It is a smaller team for North America, so you have to take on many responsibilities
