Pros
1. Micromanagement is very low and only in 1 or 2 departments. Else there is zero. At the end of day, you go home with peace of mind. 2. Timing is really flexible. No one encourages you to work overtime. You just have to work 9hrs. 3. Lunch dinner facility is really good at a very subsidized amount. 4. Growth for interns and juniors 5. Comfort level
Cons
1. Salaries are not market competitive . 2. Cant take WFH with a genuine reason. 3. Salaries transfer on the 15th of the month. 4. Not that many Benefits for employees. 5. Learning stops after a certain time period. 6. Marketing/HR get to enjoy most of events.
