Pros

*the people here are amazing - this is hands down the most welcoming group of folks I've worked with *lots of opportunities to create community with employee resource groups *$60/month gym reimbursement and one-time benefits like the $300 headphone reimbursement and $500 cell-phone reimbursement *management is fairly transparent - shares their board decks slide-for-slide with the whole company *equity is very valuable - Nextdoor is a unicorn and will soon be profitable

Cons

*LOTS of turnover in every department, especially at the executive level *PTO is accrued at only 3 weeks/year, which is pretty bad... some departments don't document it at all as a work-around, but others have to... WFH not encouraged *no commuter stipend *we don't have holidays like Veteran's Day, President's Day, etc. off, so if you're a parent, you have to take PTO to stay home with your kids *absolutely no focus on diversity at the company
