Nextiva....where to begin. Hiring HR agent promises 2x company growth to 150 agents and that the current account executives make so much money they don't want to get promoted so they need people who are willing to grow with the company. In my (short) time there they turnedover more than they could hire, that's saying something since they get paid by the state for the employees. If you do take this job, as soon as you get access to your email check out the sales sheets to see the annual income of the people there. This company is a sham, the management is full of people who want to be your friend but have almost no idea how to manage. Constant preaching of "talk time" and "outbounds" to improve sales numbers but the public stats show the people making a living wage / bonus there are just veterans taking referrals typically with the worst metrics.
Multiple days a week I would hear veterans joke with managers about their lay downs that were hand fed to them and how they have no outbound calls or talk time. Seriously listen to Gandalfs warning and run fast from this "cool tech company".
Oh and product launches due out 7 months ago to make you a standout in the market still haven't been launched. This company is not competitive and the marketplace as a whole has been turning over employees due to lower than expected penetration numbers.
