Actual talent is let go to keep room for childish marketing campaigns that waste money. The same people constantly creating content for their LinkedIn profiles are going around asking people to leave positive reviews on here. The experience isn’t positive. If an employee is telling you it’s positive then they probably have a job title on LinkedIn that sounds made up… because the title is given through friendship and nepotism.
