- The executive team follows a stringent open door policy - Great to connect with industry experts and learn from their experience - Strong push to allow lower level employees (like myself) to push our limits and try our best at new initiatives - Ton of support and great benefits - Understanding team, allows me to continue school while working - Amazing work culture, we have a familial bond, work hard, and play even harder

- Fast evolving environment (not always a negative) but does lead to some issues between departments - Without guidance it'a difficult to push our limits and take the company to even greater heights - Due to the great demand and small innovative team, employees often work long hours
