Pros

The culture among coworkers is great. Lots of good people in the office, collaboration between peers. The development platform is intuitive and modern. Working here was enjoyable for balance, environment, and reasonable compensation and benefits.

Cons

Layoffs. Every year, same story, more layoffs. No direction in the organization leads to uncertainty in the workforce. A lack of sales means that upward mobility is restricted and job security is nonexistent. Without a clear focus between the platform, the ERP, and cloud inventory, resources are being misallocated and distributed too widely to make market progress in any one area. Outlook is bleak.

Pros

The technology platform they have built for No-Code development is interesting, and in some ways cutting edge - there is a chance based on how the business exits it may be put to some use.

Cons

The leadership at this company have absolutely no idea what they are doing with the business. You cannot spend 7 years building an ERP and pivot to a no-code platform overnight. There is little to no commercial leadership experience as most of them came from the technical side of JD Edwards, which is their primary claim to fame. I have even less hope for the Cloud Inventory business unit - it will be sold for parts to someone who doesnt realize how under-invested that BU has been since Nextworld acquired it.
