-Overtime: making employees work up to 15 hours per day, ON MOST DAYS, and even on weekends -Late payments: took months to pay staff members, vendors, freelancers, and other work connections -NO PAYMENTS (Fraud): scammed and never paid a couple of staff, vendors, and freelancers for months/years, even if the cost was each around $20,000-$50,000 for some of the vendors -Employee Harassment: The CEO verbally abuses staff almost everyday and invades their privacy by stalking them through social media and other aspects/ways. The CEO threatens employees regarding their stay and life in Korea, and forced employees to sign questionable work contracts and other paperwork. -Scam: Scamming the clients with the quality of work. There's only 1 permanent employee at this company, the turnover is usually 1-3 months. At the most, they have 5 employees at a time, but would take on very large projects in the industry and force their very few employees to work overtime to the point of sickness and fatigue. They have been doing this for years, and they recently changed the company name from Bethel Global Media Contents to Nexus International Contents.
