Poor Management: Leadership lacks vision and communication skills. Overworked and Underappreciated: Unrealistic deadlines and expectations with little support from upper management. Burnout is common. Toxic Work Environment: Office politics play a huge role in decision-making. Management is more focused on micromanaging than providing strategic guidance. High Turnover: Many talented analysts leave within a year due to poor management and lack of opportunities.

My boss spent a lot of time teaching and coaching me, going through the work multiple times with patience. I learned a lot and appreciate all his efforts. He never scolded me and was always very patient. Although I left because I felt I couldn't grow in this area and couldn't keep up, I thank the boss for his help. We are still in contact today. One good memory about the company is when we conducted fieldwork together as a team for a large-scale project. It was difficult, but we worked as a team and completed it. Afterward, we celebrated with a lobster buffet! We even had time-off and cash incentives!

This is not a job for everyone. You need to put in the effort to learn and grow. Sadly, some complained and left.
