Everything seems good at first, but then you're stuck working with a bunch of rich white narcissistic a-holes. Lots of sexism and racism happening from upper management down. You get in trouble for speaking out against it. The entire company is a bunch of rich white folks who think they are better than you and give you looks when you try to provide them with feedback. They LOVE to blame you for their lack of communication skills and no one is good at communicating between departments. Honestly, worst place ive ever been in.
