      Easy to get job in this company but withing 6 month they start to show their character.

      Cons

      Bad middle Management. Middle Management is in company from long time and they're manipulating senior management. Senior Management is only listen to those guys. No work Culture. Typical Indian company mentality. full of Indian Middle Management.

      great recruiting director, good environment

      not super process oriented. also started offshoring recruiter jobs instead of relaxing with onshore staff.
