Pros
The office is in the financial district and close to lots of good things. They have running water and a microwave for heating food.
Cons
-No responsibility at the executive level, lots of blame placed and fingers pointed at individuals without decision making -The organization has churned over 80% of employees in less than a year (most don't even list Nexusguard on LinkedIn). "It is not a sales deficiency, but the sales team needs to sell," said a week before 1/2 sales team was laid off. -Lack of planning Go To Market/technical strategy has caused problems getting and setting up customers, not good especially when you are a late unknown provider in a very saturated market. -Cultural gap between Nexusguard Asia (which includes office in Beijing) makes it hard for anything to get done. -Lack of startup culture/any dictated culture. No real transparency into decision making/how problems will be solved. General lack of innovation.
