Everyone seemed nice in the company

Very little direction from the start, their priorities were not start. I felt the CEO of my division had his hands in other business ventures outside of the company so a I'm not sure what he him job was. Contracts were had to sign with software companies and many times when contracts were signed nothing would come of it.
