Using your own tools for the job , constantly having to make your own hours to get 40 hours . Management plays favoritism, they put you in situations to fail. Was hired for commercial at 40 hrs , after a month they lost properties and forced me to do residential promising me I’d get my 40 hours but I have to charge other properties extra time to get my 40 hours, which in the end they knew and just didn’t care it was stealing because the other properties were paying for …….. the vans are so small you can barely fit what you need to complete most jobs …… they will promise you the world and send you to hell …. You don’t have to take my word for it , just apply and find out first hand if you wish ……. But I do not recommend it .
