Nepotism, always trying to find the cheapest way possible to get out or do things, lack of structure, promise bonuses and promotions but never deliver , one sided work relationship, they will slave you

-Maybe you can find kind people out of your teammates. -Interesting technologies and clients.

-They are REALLY disrespectful with their technical profiles. -You don’t have any options to change from your current department, if you start in USA or UK (big clients for them) you will just be leave there until you want to leave the company. -No chances for advancement within the company, much less if you are a technical profile. -Poor project management and run by people who are not competent enough for the type of project that clients need (technical projects, THE VAST MAJORITY).
