Assistant Factory Manager - Assistant Manager Ni Hsin Group Employee Review

I had the opportunity to work in various fields of mechanical engineering such as maintenance and R&D. Ni Hsin group also provided me with an opportunity to work in the marketing department once in a while as an exhibitor which greatly improve my soft skills.

The work hours are a bit longer than any standard company but it is alright which was from 8 am to 5.45 pm

Less control/less supervision, decent pay, accurate working time

no proper practice or SOP, being assigned to unrelated job scopes, no career advancement, unfriendly working environment
