Pros
the pay was decent, but still not worth dealing with the incompetence of management. 401k you're fully vested immediately. Vacation time was probably the best part, tons of time off compared to others I've worked for.
Cons
no clue how to run a PMO, conflicting directions, constantly changing PM's due to poor management - went through 42 PM's within 36 months... Multiple people were deserving of getting Supervisor roles outside of the group but were denied, so they left the organization.
