Pros

You’ll gain experience handling constant change, short staffing, and high-pressure situations Exposure to multiple functions, often because roles are understaffed or turnover is high

Cons

Ongoing job security concerns and frequent restructuring/ layoffs Leadership lacks consistency; priorities change quickly with little explanation Quality is not always treated as a true priority, especially when it conflicts with production demands Favoritism is noticeable in opportunities and how issues are handled “Boys club” culture—limited support and representation for women in leadership, which impacts advancement and day-to-day dynamics, especially in the plant environment where expectations vary by gender High turnover creates instability and adds pressure on remaining employees Communication from upper management is limited and often reactive; multiple departments are siloed, creating rework and inefficiencies Career growth paths are unclear or inconsistently applied, with clear career limitations if you are not a favorite.

Pros

There are a few good workers left, for now.

Cons

the management doesn’t know what they are doing They fire people who have put absolute hard work in by finding ways to fire them They don’t care about the hard work you put in for them, or the overtime. They won’t have your back, and it’s a very stressful invironment You walk around a concrete floor ALL DAY! And they endeavor to fire you if they see you sitting for just a few minutes after you’ve run around like a mad man/woman for HOURS all the while they observe you working hard… they just don’t care about your well being. You can get injured and they will fire you for being a “liability”. You could get a stratch and your jobs on the line. The hours are grueling long and when you say no to overtime because you’ve already exhausted yourself they will, again, seek to terminate your employment The new manager of line 3 and injection will be the fall of those areas. He started a fight with a female employee his first week( she was breaking records in line 3 and he had her moved to another shift a line because he couldn’t work with her) DO NOT WORK HERE!! The maintenance team is worse! Their manager doesn’t discipline them at all, hours and hours of break time and the operators get fired for an extra 10 minutes through the whole 12 hour shift… DO NOT WORK HERE
