Pros

You can drink all the water and beverages you want when you're working in the office.

Cons

No written process for anything. Everybody is walking around confused and don't know what's the right way to do things do they just it their own way. Then those people leave and now new employees are cleaning up the mess. The on-boarding is atrocious. They literally say "good luck" and dump you in a fire OR they don't give you anything to do for 6 months. There's no in between. The culture is toxic. Everybody is stepping over each other for a promotion. They like to put up this facade that management and employees are family but in reality, it's all garbage talk that entices you to work harder for them. They will get rid of you without a second thought to save money. Nobody has a passion for what they do here because they are forced to stay here because their visa is sponsored by Niagara. While other companies are becoming more progressive and allowing their employees a better work/life balance by offering good holidays, summer hours, and lenient work from home policies, Niagara is going the complete opposite direction. Holidays suck compare to the average and HR sent out an email recently forcing everyone to limit work from home hours and come to the office. The whole office knows that benefits suck.

Pros

There are a few good workers left, for now.

Cons

the management doesn’t know what they are doing They fire people who have put absolute hard work in by finding ways to fire them They don’t care about the hard work you put in for them, or the overtime. They won’t have your back, and it’s a very stressful invironment You walk around a concrete floor ALL DAY! And they endeavor to fire you if they see you sitting for just a few minutes after you’ve run around like a mad man/woman for HOURS all the while they observe you working hard… they just don’t care about your well being. You can get injured and they will fire you for being a “liability”. You could get a stratch and your jobs on the line. The hours are grueling long and when you say no to overtime because you’ve already exhausted yourself they will, again, seek to terminate your employment The new manager of line 3 and injection will be the fall of those areas. He started a fight with a female employee his first week( she was breaking records in line 3 and he had her moved to another shift a line because he couldn’t work with her) DO NOT WORK HERE!! The maintenance team is worse! Their manager doesn’t discipline them at all, hours and hours of break time and the operators get fired for an extra 10 minutes through the whole 12 hour shift… DO NOT WORK HERE
