Pros

Only good thing about working there is the experience you will get in manufacturing to move on to something better.

Cons

There is no training in place for new people coming in. They just have someone train you for a day or two them leave you by yourself. It's amazing this place is still up in running.

While we can certainly appreciate not being a good fit for every person. We do have a very empowered culture that encourages team members to seek out some information. It is fast paced, there is ambiguity, and not everyone thrives in an environment like this. The opportunities are there for anyone to join, grow and become successful at Niagara Bottling. Our dedication to innovate and improve is part of our DNA. The manufacturing equipment in our inventory is not only state of the art but they are the fastest in the industry. These don't exist anywhere else in the world. We are a high growth organization, many times with such demand and high growth the employee profile is somewhat more independent and can swim very quick in our environment. Were definitely not a good fit for everyone. Thanks for your feedback.

Pros

There are a few good workers left, for now.

Cons

the management doesn’t know what they are doing They fire people who have put absolute hard work in by finding ways to fire them They don’t care about the hard work you put in for them, or the overtime. They won’t have your back, and it’s a very stressful invironment You walk around a concrete floor ALL DAY! And they endeavor to fire you if they see you sitting for just a few minutes after you’ve run around like a mad man/woman for HOURS all the while they observe you working hard… they just don’t care about your well being. You can get injured and they will fire you for being a “liability”. You could get a stratch and your jobs on the line. The hours are grueling long and when you say no to overtime because you’ve already exhausted yourself they will, again, seek to terminate your employment The new manager of line 3 and injection will be the fall of those areas. He started a fight with a female employee his first week( she was breaking records in line 3 and he had her moved to another shift a line because he couldn’t work with her) DO NOT WORK HERE!! The maintenance team is worse! Their manager doesn’t discipline them at all, hours and hours of break time and the operators get fired for an extra 10 minutes through the whole 12 hour shift… DO NOT WORK HERE
