Cons
Niagara lacks communication and transparency, which is exceptionally important considering the amount of change and widespread layoffs that have taken place throughout the last few years. Promotion processes and growth opportunities are not consistent across the organization - if you are not in a role that supports top business priorities then you will see very little room for growth. HR at Niagara can be difficult to work with and very clearly are prioritizing company interests over individuals.
