Having to always watch your back, one wrong move whether you are "liked" or not, Company will run you out or find everything to fire you no matter how big or small of an issue....employees can be very untrustworthy and will rat you out to management in a heartbeat. Union is little to no help half the time and excuse after excuse for everything. Not to mention forget having a family or personal life.
