Pros

Use of latest technologies in development. Good company mission and vision.

Cons

1. Bad management - Basically, the managers like to micromanage each employees. Every task, who you talk to, and how you work always being criticised and asked. 2. Not prefer work from home - We are an IT company, yet managers really low tolerant on work from home concept. They think its not productive enough, but productivity mostly depends on the employee’s behaviour. 3. Lack of professionalism - Like to treat employees like kids. The way they communicate doesn’t show respect towards employee. Will humiliate you in front of other co-workers if they feel the employee is not doing right. 4. Work off hour is appreciated - You are a good employee if willing to work off hour, this believe is not healthy for employee. 5. Managers like to sugar coating when talking to employee. For example, he said our working our is flexible. But, gave employee warning if coming late etc. If we have 9-5 working hours. Then, no need to imply as flexible.

Pros

- good salary packages - supportive colleagues

Cons

I joined the company in good faith, only to be informed that I was being terminated less than a week after starting. I was never given a real opportunity to prove myself or demonstrate my performance. I accepted this offer in May and committed to joining the company. During that time, I had ongoing interviews and other opportunities, which I stopped pursuing after accepting this role. This left me in an incredibly difficult position. The entire situation felt unfair and poorly planned. If the company was already facing business or client-related issues, those concerns should have been addressed before hiring new employees.

Pros

Interesting projects with opportunities to contribute to high-impact work.

Cons

Lack of transparency: The company made many promises during hiring (including salary revisions, bonuses, and work benefits) that were never fulfilled. Unprofessional management: The leadership failed to communicate important decisions, such as the termination of employment, only after I completed my critical work. They also changed policies that made it harder to work and added undue pressure, contributing to a hostile work environment. Disrespectful treatment: The company terminated my position under the excuse of location constraints right after I delivered major projects, with no feasible relocation options or support provided. Unclear policies on bonuses and salary revisions: Despite being promised a salary revision and performance-based bonuses, these were repeatedly postponed or ignored without any clear explanation. Inconsistent payment practices: Salary payments were delayed multiple times, and there were issues with transaction fees that were not reimbursed. Unresolved work equipment and medical benefits: Despite the contract stating that work equipment and medical benefits would be provided, these were never given, forcing me to purchase my own equipment.
