Management treats employees like crap. They preach they care about home/work balance but they truly don't while they get to enjoy their holidays your being drafted to work. Raises suck! You work all year long to make them profitable and they repay you by giving you a quarter raise if your lucky enough to even get that. Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever worked for!
