      Pros

      People are human and don't want to stab you in the back Nice and friendly colleagues The work is well managed and work load is consistent I liked the RRSP match and continuous learning opportunities.

      Cons

      The president and and some of the senior managers belong to the old era. They are hurting the business and don't have an open mind. The pay is lower than the market average Not much room to grow

      Pros

      4 days a week, 10 hours a day. Flexible hours. OT sometimes but can do it Mon - Thu or just come in Friday for a few hours.

      Cons

      Pay is about average, good benefits though.
