No room for growth/no promotions RTO mandate is pushing good people out and leadership doesn’t always follow the mandate Managers bully you and are toxic/manipulative. They’ll give information and tell you to stay quiet and push you to tell them things and then use it against you. Very clique-y Work is redundant and uninspiring No 2026 plans for the company or department Underpaid The “good days” ended a couple years ago
