Toxic and office politic. People like to abuse power and authorities.

Their benefits was okay. HQ was rather impressive with lots of equipments and facilities but sadly, only for deco purposes. The Staff were not encouraged to use them or bear the consequences. Work were repetitive, it's subjective as to whether that's a pro or cons.

Terrible management. Fired at least one staff in a month, with decent reason or not. Most of the time, politic decides it. They don't even give any warning to the victim even though the victim has devoted 2~3 years of their times to them.
