Still run as a Family owned business when possible, but the foreign management is getting in the way.
Cons
Owned by the Japanese, management still wants financial results even though the economy is in the crapper. layed off 29 employess then the Italian division that runs the management gets a 120+ million euro contract. Why did they lay off 29 americans? because it is almost impossible to fire an italian employee.
