Flexibility, travel for work, mundane work, work life balance

Customer service, fast pace, client focused

Good benefits; time off, healthcare, 401K etc

Disorganized, no real leadership or HR with rules to follow or company policy. There is a company policy/ handbook but following that is loose. No real structure. When an employee reaches top tier they are let go with out justification. If you are a woman forget it. I’ve seen many of them tossed aside, not heard or given opportunity. They are the first to be let go.
