Long hours of nights, holidays, and weekends. If your into selling cars this is not the place for making a living selling cars. They flood the floor with totally green people who have zero experiance selling cars. then they want you to tke time from your day to train these people instead of selling cars. they want you to be a lot boy moving cars, clearing snow off them, plowing the lot, washing cars to get them ready because they dont have a lot guy to clean them. After a 2 month trial to try to make things work, I eneded up quitiing after they wanted me to again clear 10 inches of snow and plow their lot. I did a per hour analysis of the hours I put in versus the pay and it came out to under 8 dollars per hour. When I started there was 9 employees in the place. Every one including the manager and the finance guy all left. Stay away unless you wanna make under 8 dollars and hour and work for almost nothing. I gave zero stars for my experiance.
