Équipes jeunes sorties d’école donc très centré team building Anciennement une bonne école pour l’analyse de donnée, beaucoup moins depuis les changements de méthodologie récents

Cons

Peu, voire pas d’évolution salariale, visibilité non basée sur le mérite mais en fonction des affinités. Pas de leadership suffisant pour garantir des valeurs de la boîte. Bonne ambiance en surface lié à la quantité d’événement de team building mais beaucoup de personnes en burn-out.

Pros

Depending on who you report to and the vertical you focus on, you might have great clients and fun challenges to work on. Most of the people here are fantastic, especially folks from legacy Nielsen, who are typically always willing to be a friend and help.

Cons

Depending on the same thing, you may end up in an extremely toxic work environment. If someone makes their number, regardless of the way they treat others, they will be celebrated. Expect favorites, gossip, and scapegoating.
