They do not offer in-depth training and sort of throw you on the phones due to lack of staff. They forget important details with regard to the demographic handled. they have a very high turn over because most people do not want to deal with the nonsense. It was difficult to ask some of the admin questions, and since I never worked in this field I felt like an outsider
