So talking about the cons of the company first of all i have joined this company as a fresher where they told that they will be providing me training but they didnt provide me training also they gave me 5k as a stipend amount they just say fake things things that they will provide training no training is been provided till now , secondly they tell us to do 10hrs shift in that 5k stipend amount which is very illogical . talking about the management here the management is so pathetic where they dont even have the sense that there are few incidents which has take place regarding sexual harasment where the company's so called employee who call himself a manager he tried several times flirting with me , tried to message me everytime also he has use his power of designation where he has given threats also that he will be terminating me if i dont revert to his messages . also this has happen several times with other female employees where the comapny's CEO itself is not behaving properly he just talk very unprofessionally and does flirting everytime , there has been time where the company;s CEO feel me likfe uncomfortable still he messages me continously . talking about the HR department (managment) the HR is not at all suportive this comapny dont have the policy of sexual harrasment there are 2-3 cases where this such things has happens but no action is been taken against the person that person is still working in that company very pathetic company , i would request every girls to not to work in this company as this is not at all safe for anyone .
