Poor Focus and Strategy. Major lay off, and not the first time around- when the entire sales team was well above quota and the product finally working better than it ever was before. With Amazon and Pillpack, this company will go down because there is no true direction. Poor communication placed between divisions- and what is really happening at corporate office and what goes on at market level is a huge gap. All a facade. Churn & Burn - No true growth development and time to become what you thought would be a great opportunity. More fires than hires, it says a lot. Reactive not Proactive - they went into an industry they really have no insight on. Pharmacy retail businesses are sinking left and right, had zero foresight when starting up new markets and how to plan for it properly. They only saw data and thought this idea can work not seeing market challenges.
