Employees are engaged in their work. Work hours are great for families and folks not wanting to be stuck in the old corporate days of 9-5. Leadership is on the front line not sitting back pointing fingers but actually working hard to help us win and grow. Human Kind. Both words ring true here every day.

Ton of work with a small but mighty team. Can make it a bit tough to juggle but that also means folks are busy and have security. Need to be more focused on scale instead of one off's to please a loan wolf client that burns out the team.
