Pros
Ample budget. Managers spending like crazy, to a fault. Some real good engineers and a good product with lots of potential.
Cons
Inexperienced managers pretending to know Agile value and methods. They're just going through the motions and checking off the checkboxes. Upper management isn't involved enough or knowledgeable enough to notice that things aren't really progressing until it's to late. This leads to finger pointing and excuses. Watch your back.
