      Pros

      Initially you would be offered good salary to make you join. Once you join this pathetic organization, u will regret why you have left your last org.

      Cons

      List is very long. 5 meetings in a day. 1 man army. Work Environment is pathetic, I hv never seen this work environment in my life. No autonomy of work. need to make a report of every 2 hrs of job. Employer will shout on the floor. No job security can be fired on the same day. Already fired 4 managers within a span of 1.5 yrs. worst clients to work for. No leave even on National holidays.

      Best thing is- Salary and incentives are paid on time, Flexible in terms of providing leaves and Supportive, Competitive environment, Good Appraisel policy, Rewards on Closures and Client activation, Growth Culture, versatile opportunities for the recruiters to work in various domain, opportunity to recruiter's for Client handling and Business Development, excellent opportunity for Fresher's to Learn and Groom their Career.
