Management is virtually non existent, but that can also be a con.
Cons
This place is one of the worst about leaving. Even if you do the right thing by giving notice, they take it as a personal offence and do everything in their power to make sure they twist the knife in your back while you go out the door. That mentality comes down the chain all the way from the VP office.
