Workload always added as people always come and go. Under a manager who abuses her power always for her own sake benefits. When you are not feeling well, office level mentioned cannot take mc. If insist take mc your colleague will do closing alone.(moral kidnapping?) 1 person work 2 people job as management want to perform how much they able to help company save cost. Management will schedule themselves to morning shift to end job early and avoid crowd. Management will schedule themselves to less crowd outlet to lighten their job. Require to travel to other outlet work if manpower not enough and no travel allowances. only allow to request 1 floor detergent per month and must do floor mopping everyday to keep outlet cleanliness if not may deduct pay under their checking decision
