      Excellent upper management team in place.

      Cons

      Department level managers are rotated out from the head office in Japan. Just as they are making headway, they are transferred out.

      The way they would said they would let me come back to work after i was released from doctor after I broke my leg and didn't let me come back

      Low pay No communication No heat or air conditioning in warehouse Have to work overtime just to make a decent pay No room for growth or promotion unless your in management
