The employees were very unprofessional and very touchy and rude.

There are lots of reason why not to work here not one reason to stay here.

I left the company with bed experience and with good opportunity. But personally I give you suggestion that think twice not even more than twice before join this company. Because of below are the some points, why not join this company. This is the good for those who can feel there school days again because of here atmosphere is like a school where you can’t talk with your college for a min and even take five minute rest from your work. But leader can do this all. Some leaders are moving in office everywhere for time pass, also doing chatting on phone and shopping from e-commerce site for whole day. And also if they are not doing work, managers are not taking any action again those leaders. And if you talked with your cross gender college, all leaders and mangers think that you have some personal relationship with him/her. But managers can do this because some managers are always busy with their boy/girl friend in their cabin who is also working in company. There are not any transparency between US team and India team. US team and main management never try to know who are working at bottom level. They always appreciate some mangers and leaders and know them only. They have not any work flow process. And India team have three department but they are working with each other like an enemy. Always balm each other in front of US team. So, if you are applying for middle level position, ignore this company without any hesitation. Event I heard that sometimes ago some employee of company complained for mentally harassment against their leader but manger did not take any action against that leader and even did not listen those employee once. Strategy for become a best employee here. 1) Do not work. 2) Move in office here to there. 3) Make good relationship with your leader and do their personal work (Like feel water bottle of them). 4) If you are at peon position, you can do anything. 5) Not come to office at time.
