Pros

There is not a single good reason to be honest

Cons

It is the worst kind of u work u can imagine, going from door to door the entire day asking for charity. There is no fixed pay,no difference between a Class 12 Pass and an MBA.They show you a training program but the work is same for everyone in the organisation

Pros

It boosted my self confidence, helped in overcoming my shyness when it comes to public speaking, learned to be pro active and learned how to handle objections and negatives from the customers, which in fact made me stronger as an individual

Cons

Long working hours, they say working timings are from 8am-6pm but in reality it can exceed upto 9.30pm No fixed salary how much ever hard we work, purely performance based so it can vary from Rs 0- Rs 50k (almost impossible) All expenses are incurred by ourselves, which includes meeting customers, recruiting and training new candidates in order to build a team also part of the expenses involved in road trips. Better to work for a short duartion until you become self confident. Job description may sound fancy & intriguing but i will not recommend it as a career option.

Pros

There is nothing positive about this organisation.

Cons

Their work is to collect fund for an ngo by going door to door. Same job for engineers, for masters and even for 12th drop out. Horrible company . I left the company the very next day of joining .
