Change in culture and toxic leadership - Software Engineer Nirvana Insurance Employee Review

Company culture has gotten a lot worse in the last few months, the new leadership is too top-down and doesn't listen to any feedback ....The work and culture used to be alright (for a startup) but now working hours are becoming longer and we're being pushed to come to the office even though there were no performance issues with remote. Engineer's opinions do not matter and people are expected to blindly follow one person, resulting in engineering quality dropping.
