      Communication Field is evergreen field and there is a huge stuff to learn in day to day life as well as newly used machine technology which enhances the power of communication.

      Not so much work. It is Easy to learn for freshers here in niscom.

      Upper level management is poor. Incentives are less. Pressure is more. No leaves.
