Nissan provides their employees with a set schedule. There is room to transition from one department to another.
Cons
This place functions highly of seniority. More than likely any individual entering production will start either on the afternoon or graveyard shift. Will move you based on their needs and can easily change your schedule based on their needs. There are unfortunately politics.
