The culture and team environment is great. The work ethic and professionalism exhibited by the teams who support the sales organization is fantastic, absolutely top-notch. The sales management team expects a strong work ethic and they set a high standard for performance. This is not the place to try and coast along but it is a great environment for a driven sales professional who is focused on exceeding performance metrics.
Cons
There are some kinks that need to be worked out with regard to validation process for pricing/serviceability but the agility and responsiveness of the pricing team help to compensate for the added complexity.
It would benefit the sales organization to implement a more directed prospecting approach along with some sort of lead generation apparatus.
